BOOKING TERMS

Any and all policies including (but not limited to) booking cancellations, age restrictions, guarantees and the customer’s physical fitness are provided at the discretion of each individual operator providing their services on FindingNature.co.uk. These policies will vary between provider and so by completing a booking through Finding Nature, you (the customer) acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that you have read and understood these policies.

LIABILITY

Finding Nature works to ensure that any and all tour providers have sufficient public liability insurance in place before taking customers on of their activities. However, Finding Nature cannot guarantee the presence of said public insurance liability. In the event of an incident arising one of these activities, Finding Nature will accept no responsibility and any and all disputes should be taken up with the tour provider.

LIMITATIONS

In no event shall Finding Nature or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Finding Nature’s Internet site, even if Finding Nature or a Finding Nature authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
